How to reach us

The Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal occupies a truly strategic position with regard to all the points of access to the city.

Situated in front of the railway station Santa Lucia and next to the automobile terminal Piazzale Roma, the Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal is easily reachable in a very few minutes, making your arrival in Venice simple and effortless.

This is how easy it is to reach us:

Train – on leaving Santa Lucia railway station you will immediately see the hotel on the opposite side of the Grand Canal (see photo). You need only to cross the Scalzi Bridge on your left and you will arrive at the hotel in just 3 minutes on foot. (see photo)

Car –If you arrive in Venice by car you can take advantage of our Valet Service – Quick Safe Parking in Venice  offered by our preferred partner Beltlimo offering very attentive and exclusive service at competitive rates. In Piazzale Roma (car terminal), you will meet one of their assistants who will collect your car and park it in their guarded car park. Upon departure, the car will be delivered to you in Piazzale Roma at the established time. 
From Piazzale Roma, the automobile terminal,  you can reach the hotel easily on foot following the canal bank along the Grand Canal (see photo)

Plane

from / to Venice Marco Polo airport you can reach us by road or by boat:

• Transfer service by water taxi. You will arrive directly at the hotel as we have our private landing stage on the Grand Canal to accommodate taxis and gondolas (see photo) You can book this service with us HERE
• Transfer service by minivan: The driver will wait for you outside the arrivals hall of the Venice Marco Polo airport, holding a sign with your name and will take you to Piazzale Roma, Venice, in complete safety and comfort. From Piazzale Roma he will accompany you on foot to the hotel in just 5 minutes. You can book this service HERE

 from / to Treviso Canova airport:

• Private Transfer service bookable with our preferred partner Beltlimo at a dedicated rate for guests of Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal

From / to Venice Port /Maritime Station:

• By private water taxi you will arrive directly at the hotel. We have our private landing stage on the Grand Canal for taxis and gondolas. Please contact us with your requests at: info@corihotels.it
• By the People Mover, a light overhead train which connects the Maritime Station to Piazzale Roma in five minutes. From Piazzale Roma you can reach the hotel on foot in 5 minutes.

 From / to Ravenna / Chioggia / Trieste Cruise Ports:
